Full-time, including weekends and evenings on a Rota basis.

Package of £30,500 per annum. This comprises a basic salary of £27,500 plus £3000 in on-target bonuses and service charge 

Working both lunch and evening shifts, you will be the manager on duty on rotation with the General Manager and your fellow Assistant Manager. Whether you’re hosting at the door and keeping an eye on the floor or serving tables and shaking cocktails, you’ll be there to motivate the team and deliver our trademark friendly and  fun service. 

Here’s a list of what duties you’ll have as Assistant Manager…

• Duty management of our restaurant – working a mixture of day and evening shifts
• Checking guest feedback on Tripadvisor and other online forums and responding as needed
• Training, holding one to one meetings and motivating your team to ensure they provide great service
• Maintaining high standards of quality control
• Checking stock levels and ordering stock
• Cash handling and daily cash ups
• Contributing ideas to help drive the business forward
• Managing a large front of house team as well as serving customers yourself – our management teams are very hands-on!

Comfortable and competent leading a team – we’re looking for someone with some experience supervising or leading a FOH team in a busy restaurant setting

Able to juggle multiple demands whilst keeping tabs on your team and the venue

Reliable, versatile and hard-working

Organised and efficient

Able to work to a rota including weekends – the restaurant is open seven days a week from Midday – 10pm (11pm on Fridays and Saturdays)
