Pizza on the Park is an independent Italian restaurant in Clifton. Truly a community restaurant, we has been serving up Bristol’s best Neapolitan-style pizzas and freshest Italian dishes for over two years.
Our Pizza dough is made daily using a process called Biga, which is a type of pre-fermentation used in Italian baking. This process adds quality and complexity to the dough, but it also gives it a lighter texture. Due to its low yeast content and its bulk fermentation, Biga is much easier to digest, making it both guilt-free and delicious!
