Everything we serve is freshly made for you here on site by our team of lovely Pizzaiolos. We serve Neapolitan-style pizza with puffy crusts and a super thin centre, cooked in our incredible Gozney oven which can fire a pizza in just 60 seconds, as well as a range of Mediterranean-inspired salads and mains

All of our pizzas are available as gluten free on request, Our vegan pizzas come without cheese as standard but we have the option to add vegan cheese..

Our Pizza dough is made daily using a process called Biga. Biga is a type of pre-fermentation used in Italian baking Using Biga, creates extra light, flavourful and healthy pizza!

The pre-ferment process adds quality and complexity to the dough, but it also gives it a lighter and open texture with holes. Due to its low yeast content and its long bulk fermentation, Biga is much easier to digest, making it a guilt free pizza!

Our menu includes generous vegan options and we have also worked very hard on our gluten free pizza dough.  To drink we’re serving local beers, cocktails, organic and vegan wines as well as great coffee from the guys at Extract in St. Werburghs.

COMMUNITY

We have a giant 8 player Bonzini foosball table  which is great fun. It’s £3 a game and all money raised is divided equally between Caring in Bristol’s homelessness prevention work and small grants to other organisations working with those experiencing homelessness, such as Second Step and St Mungo’s.

We are blessed with some great Artistic talent here in Bristol and many of these are showcasing their work with us. You can support them by buying their work for as little as £50.
